Sri as an abtract noun can only be experienced by tasting it with one of your sense organ.
Similarly godess sri vembra amma cannot be explained in words we have to explain a divine path.We belive that things are carried out by a divine love , she has no name form as her own until we clock her.Sri Vembra amma is apasmara amma because the vital disease called epilepsy or fix is been cured by her

Our History
Regarding the methology it is century ago there was a dewan of cochin by name Anandha Krishna Iyer. He used to visit his farm daily one day he heard a voice in the air and he didn’t stopped to hear supernatural voice.it so happen that his grandson suffer from epilepsy or fix that night doctors were helpless,his servant or kudiyaan told him to seek the blessings of amma that is from the sight of super natural voice.
he begged pardon from amma for negleting the voice it took a lamb of soil and applied it to the body of child to its astonishment his grand son recover from epilepsy and did not experience it again. Soon after Sri Anandha Krishna Iyer built a temple and worship the nature goddess in the name of Sri Vembra Amman Apasmara Kovil.
In 1957 the farm and farm house became the ownership of kudiyaan family,They renovated the temple as per the necessity of the piligrims. Regarding to pooja offerings and prayers are follow ,their devotees seek the blessings by following the acharas and anushtanas of the temple
